in Aid of Irish Cancer Society
Welcome to Bandon Rugby Club; One of Irelands oldest affiliated teams to the
IRFU.
As we head into a new season it is a time to reflect over the previous season
and thank the outgoing committee for all their endeavours over the previous
season especially our Outgoing president Mr John "Doc" O'Driscoll.
Our Junior 1 side played well in the 1st Division last season and were
consistently in the top half of the league and were close indeed to making the
cut but for a few unfortunate defeats. This year we would still call for as much support
as you can muster on the terraces over the course of the coming season as the
team continues to battle in the Junior 1 1st Division with a few retirements and
a brace of new emerging talent your support is more vital than ever.

The
Juvenile Section
of the club is flourishing and has attracted many
new recruits though very successful
TAG tournaments
during the close season with a 2nd Summer competition
being played this year.
Please as always try to support as many Local Business and sponsors as you can
as without their ongoing financial support we could not improve Pitches and
facilities let alone maintain them. A host of local stores have offered a
discount scheme on presentation of the your membership card details of which can
be found on the membership page.
